The rooms are neat and fairly quiet, with 2 queen beds and a Jacuzzi. The location is particularly good, only 1 mile from a 500-acre open-air museum. It's based in a pretty nice area close to restaurants and the airport.

This place is in a great spot - we could easily walk to all the places we wanted to visit. We booked a family room with 2 queen beds and a Jacuzzi for just one night, and it was perfect.

Breakfast was average. The location was good. The atrium, waterfall, and glass elevators were impressive. The pillows were nice, the TV had limited connectivity but had Netflix and YouTube options, and the towels were huge. The AC worked well and the staff was friendly.

The staff at Sheraton was incredibly accommodating when our TV stopped working, quickly resolving the issue and ensuring we had a pleasant stay. The beds were comfortable and provided a much-needed rest after a long day of driving. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

You have no refrigerator in the room, I had to go buy a cooler to keep medication cold and I don't like the ice/water issues in coolers. I had to wait on waitress at breakfast and I never did receive coffee or tea but yet paid over $12.
